Genette Howard is an Arkansas native who moved to the Charlotte area with her husband and 6 daughters in 2014 to headquarter their international ministry. She has fallen in love with the city’s southern charm, yet diverse and growing population. The proximity to the ocean and mountains also make Charlotte the city she always wants to call home.

For 25 years, Genette has served as an executive pastor and international speaker. She began her real estate journey as an investor and became a Realtor to help others find peace and create wealth through real estate.

Genette’s roles as a seasoned wife, mom, and ministry executive equip her to uniquely serve families in the real estate buying and selling process. She brings wisdom, strategy, and integrity to the table, giving her clients the advantage in a competitive real estate market. She guides her clients with a deep understanding of the spiritual, emotional, and financial impact of property ownership.

Genette holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis. She is an ordained minister and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is married to Dr. Dexter Howard and has 6 daughters. Genette enjoys music, art and nature.
